Originally from the UK with over 15 years experience in the health and fitness industry, I am passionate about functional fitness and sharing the benefits of exercise in pregnancy and motherhood with anyone that will listen.
I was lucky enough to put my knowledge into practice during my own pregnancy and welcomed my son Oliver in July 2024. I now have a whole new appreciation for the physical and mental challenges pregnancy and postpartum brings which has made me even more passionate about empowering other mamas through support and education.
